Our goal is speed-to-market with new profile shapes and PVC window systems. To do this, we believe it is key to control our own Tooling quality, its manufacturing, as well as Tool testing. Our dedicated tooling testing extrusion lines ensure the ability to replicate the same high extrusion quality extrusion as in the ongoing production environment This enables us to be faster in proving new extrusion tools prior to production release. Our Tool Testing approach also allows for technology and design process improvements leading to optimized, higher-output, lower cost production.
In addition, our Testing process allows us to confirm key extrusion quality attributes prior to first production such as dimensions, surface quality, co-extruded weather-strip elements and color specifications.
